1 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup eggs (about 4 large)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine milk and butter, and bring to a simmer.
Add flour and salt to the saucepan and stir until a dough forms.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Then, add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in vanilla extract.
Drop tablespoon-sized mounds onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
