A creamy and rich no-bake pie that brings the flavors of German chocolate cake without the hassle of baking.

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. In another bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently until combined.
  4. Stir in the coconut, pecans, and chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the filling into the crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

Notes

  • For best results, allow the pie to chill overnight.
  • You can substitute walnuts for pecans if preferred.
