- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish.
- In a large bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. In another bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently until combined.
- Stir in the coconut, pecans, and chocolate chips.
- Pour the filling into the crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
