Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and sour cream, mixing until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of cupcake liners.
  5. Fill each liner with the cheesecake mixture and smooth the tops.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, then let cool before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.
