- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, egg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and shape into a loaf.
