  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli, turkey bacon, and cheddar cheese.
  3. In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add some red pepper flakes to the mixture.
  • Use leftover rotisserie chicken to save time.
