  • 2 tsp lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened cream cheese, sugar, and butter until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture, alternating with lemon juice.
  6. Stir in the lemon zest.
  7. Pour into a greased loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before serving.
