- 1 pound ground beef
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger to the beef. Cook for another 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- In another pot, steam the broccoli until tender.
- Serve the beef mixture over rice and top with steamed broccoli, green onions, and sesame oil. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
