- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan, egg, and garlic. Mix well and form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs in the slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, rice vinegar, and ground ginger. Pour over meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
- Serve warm over rice or noodles.
