  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for icing)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add sugar, butter, salt, eggs, and flour in the yeast mixture. Mix until the dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough, spread butter, and sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar.
  6. Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
  7. Place the slices in a greased baking dish and let them rise for 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
  9. Mix powdered sugar and milk to make icing and drizzle over warm rolls.
