This delicious quiche features a crispy hash brown crust filled with turkey bacon and cheddar cheese.

  • 2 cups shredded hash browns
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Press the hash browns into the bottom of a pie dish and bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  3. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Layer the cooked turkey bacon and cheddar cheese over the hash brown crust.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the top and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, omit the turkey bacon.
