A delicious and easy recipe for grilled veggie pizza that you can make at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup red onions, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Brush the dough with olive oil.
  4. Grill the dough for 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly charred.
  5. Spread marinara sauce on the grilled side of the dough.
  6. Top with mozzarella cheese and grilled veggies.
  7. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper on top.
  8. Close the grill lid and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cheese melts.
  9. Remove from grill, slice, and serve.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes.
