- 4 large potatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 slices chicken ham
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (thyme or rosemary)
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the potatoes thinly and layer them in a baking dish.
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and chicken broth. Add minced garlic and diced onion.
- Once heated, pour the mixture over the potatoes.
- Add layers of turkey bacon and chicken ham over the potatoes.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add cheese in between the potato layers.
- Let the dish sit for a few minutes before serving to set.
