Deliciously creamy scalloped potatoes layered with turkey bacon and chicken ham, a recipe by Gordon Ramsay.

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (thyme or rosemary)
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the potatoes thinly and layer them in a baking dish.
  3. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and chicken broth. Add minced garlic and diced onion.
  4. Once heated, pour the mixture over the potatoes.
  5. Add layers of turkey bacon and chicken ham over the potatoes.
  6. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add cheese in between the potato layers.
  • Let the dish sit for a few minutes before serving to set.
