A delicious gluten-free green bean casserole featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups green beans
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup gluten-free cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside.
  3. In the same pan, sauté the mushrooms until golden brown.
  4. Add green beans and cook for a few minutes until tender.
  5. In a large bowl, mix the green beans, mushrooms, turkey bacon, chicken ham, cream of mushroom soup, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining cheese and gluten-free breadcrumbs.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.

  • For extra flavor, consider adding garlic or onion powder.
