  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, turkey bacon, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese, red onion, and black olives.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
