  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  2. In the same skillet, add ground turkey, onion, and garlic; cook until browned.
  3. Add diced tomatoes, macaroni, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning. Stir well.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until macaroni is cooked, about 15 minutes.
  5. Stir in crumbled bacon, season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
