  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham, diced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cans (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces lasagna noodles, broken
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add diced chicken ham, onion, and garlic. Sauté until onion is translucent.
  3. Add diced tomatoes, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  4. Add broken lasagna noodles and cook until al dente.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with crispy turkey bacon and fresh basil.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, omit bacon and chicken ham.
  • Feel free to add more vegetables like spinach or bell peppers.
