- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 pound chicken ham, diced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cans (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces lasagna noodles, broken
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add diced chicken ham, onion, and garlic. Sauté until onion is translucent.
- Add diced tomatoes, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Add broken lasagna noodles and cook until al dente.
- Stir in heavy cream, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve hot, garnished with crispy turkey bacon and fresh basil.
