A comforting and flavorful corn chowder with a twist, featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 2 cups fresh corn kernels
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  2. In the same pot, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add diced chicken ham, corn, potatoes, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and let simmer until potatoes are tender.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and thyme; season with salt and pepper.
  6. Garnish with chopped turkey bacon before serving.

Notes

  • This chowder can be made ahead of time and reheated.
  • Feel free to add additional vegetables as desired.
