Enjoy these easy cheesy ground beef enchiladas for a deliciously indulgent meal that the whole family will love!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 cups enchilada sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 can black olives, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and diced onion until cooked through.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning and half of the enchilada sauce.
  4. In each tortilla, add a spoonful of the beef mixture and some cheese, then roll them up.
  5. Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish, seam side down.
  6. Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with the remaining cheese and olives.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.

Notes

  • For added flavor, garnish with fresh cilantro.
  • These enchiladas can be frozen for later enjoyment.
