1 pound ground turkey
3 slices turkey bacon
1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups chicken broth
2 cups diced potatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup milk
Instructions
In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
In the same pot, add ground turkey, onion, and garlic. Cook until the turkey is browned and the onion is translucent.
Add the chicken broth and diced potatoes. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender.
Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and milk. Cook until heated through.
Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese until melted.
Top with crumbled turkey bacon before serving.
