- 1 pound chicken breasts
- 2 cups sweet corn
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add corn, potatoes, and onion on top.
- Pour chicken broth over the ingredients.
- Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, shred the chicken and stir in heavy cream.
- Mix well and serve warm.
