1 small head green cabbage
1 pound ground beef
1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
1 cup rice
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups beef broth
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
Chop the cabbage and set it aside.
In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the meat is browned.
In a Crock Pot, combine the cooked beef mixture with diced tomatoes, rice, beef broth, salt, and pepper.
Add the chopped cabbage on top and stir everything together.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the rice is tender.
