Deliciously crispy baked artichoke hearts coated in parmesan.

Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the artichoke hearts with olive oil and then dip them in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Arrange the coated artichoke hearts on a baking sheet.
