  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 brioche buns
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in buttermilk for at least 2 hours.
  2. Combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat the marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Toast the brioche buns and spread mayonnaise on each.
  6. Assemble the sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and crispy chicken.
