  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Peel and chop the potatoes, then boil in salted water until tender.
  3. Drain and mash the potatoes in a large bowl.
  4. Add heavy cream, butter, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the potatoes; mix until smooth.
