A rich and flavorful dish that combines salmon with creamy sauce and turkey bacon for a delightful twist.

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by frying the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the salmon fillets and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and keep warm.
  3. Add garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and spinach.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, add Italian seasoning, and simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Return the salmon to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top.
  6. Serve with crispy turkey bacon on top.
