A deliciously creamy dish featuring scalloped potatoes layered with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish.
  3. Slice potatoes thinly and layer half in the dish.
  4. Sprinkle with half the turkey bacon, chicken ham, cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
  6. Pour the heavy cream and chicken broth over the layered potatoes.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
