  • 4 fillets salmon
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wrap each salmon fillet with a slice of turkey bacon.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the wrapped salmon on a greased baking dish.
  5. Spoon the creamy dill mixture over the top of the salmon.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
