  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Stir in the melted butter until the mixture is crumbly.
  4. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
  5. Spread the cranberries over the crust and then sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture on top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool before cutting into bars.

  • For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the butter mixture.
