- 12 large mushrooms
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Remove the stems from the mushrooms and chop them finely.
- In a bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, chopped mushroom stems, breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the mushroom caps with the crab mixture.
- Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and cheese is melted.

- The stuffing can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
