  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 2 cups oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
  2. Place about 1 tablespoon of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Fold the wonton wrappers over the filling and seal the edges with water.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the wontons until they are golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Drain on paper towels before serving.
