- 1 pound crab meat
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1 cup carrots, finely chopped
- 4 cups seafood stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion, celery, carrots, and garlic, and sauté until softened.
- Stir in the seafood stock and bring to a boil.
- Add the crab meat and shrimp. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
