- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 2 cups chicken ham, diced
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups bell peppers, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- Add chopped onion and garlic to the pot and sauté until softened.
- Stir in bell peppers, black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes.
