  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded potatoes
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. In a greased baking dish, layer the shredded potatoes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and shredded cheese.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
