  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, pumpkin puree, and melted butter.
  3. Add in the eggs and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
