  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup streusel topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the sour cream and vanilla extract.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  7. Pour half of the batter into a greased cake pan, then add half of the streusel topping. Layer the remaining batter and top with the remaining streusel.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
