  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  5. In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and 1/4 cup sugar. Drizzle with melted butter.
  6. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the cheesecake.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is set.
  8. Let cool, slice, and serve.
