- 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 packages (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and mix well.
- Mix in sour cream and cocoa powder until fully combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.

- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
