  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until soft.
  3. Stir in the carrots and celery, cooking until tender.
