1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook until browned.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
