- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup black beans, drained
- 1 cup corn, drained
- 12 corn tortillas, cut into strips
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, enchilada sauce, black beans, corn, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a greased baking dish, layer half of the tortillas on the bottom.
- Spread half of the chicken mixture over the tortillas.

- Repeat the layers with the remaining tortillas, chicken mixture, and cheese.
