  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 8-ounce packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla and mix, then incorporate eggs one at a time.
  5. Fold in sour cream and mix well.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 65-70 minutes until the center is set.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool before adding chocolate chips and caramel sauce on top.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
