1 pound ground chicken
4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup biscuit dough
1/2 cup ranch dressing (for dipping)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey bacon until crispy; remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the ground chicken, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked.
Stir in the buffalo sauce and cooked turkey bacon, mixing well.
Take a piece of biscuit dough and flatten it in your hand.
Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center, add some mozzarella cheese, then fold the dough over and seal it tightly.
Repeat for the remaining dough and filling.
Place the bombs on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Serve warm with ranch dressing for dipping.
Notes
For extra cheesiness, add more mozzarella cheese inside the bombs.
