- 4 large russet potatoes
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup grated Gruyere cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
