- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (for swirls)

- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
