These Bottoms-Up Sausage Balls are a delicious and easy treat made with beef and turkey bacon, perfect for any gathering.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, turkey bacon, cheddar cheese, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  3. Add the milk and mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
