2 slices sourdough bread
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
2 ounces white cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Butter one side of each slice of bread.
Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, on the skillet.
Add half of the cheddar cheese, followed by the blueberries, and then the remaining cheese.
Top with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
