2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup sprinkles
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until creamy.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix until combined.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
Fold in the sprinkles.
Spread the dough evenly into the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool before slicing into bars.
