1 pound ground turkey
4 ounces turkey bacon, minced
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup cranberry sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, minced turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
In a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce and Dijon mustard over medium heat until warmed and blended.
Once meatballs are done, toss them in the cranberry sauce.
Serve warm and enjoy!
