Delicious turkey bacon meatballs glazed with a festive cranberry sauce, perfect for holiday gatherings.

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, minced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, minced turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. In a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce and Dijon mustard over medium heat until warmed and blended.
  7. Once meatballs are done, toss them in the cranberry sauce.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
