  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 pound turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Form mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for about 25 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. In a saucepan, mix cranberry sauce, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard over medium heat until melted and combined.
  6. Pour the cranberry sauce mixture over the baked meatballs and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
