  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. Increase the heat to medium-high, add the beef tips, and brown on all sides.
  4. Stir in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes until the meat is tender.
